Padden Design Engineering has relocated their offices to the Sawgrass Business Center in Stuart, FL. This is the first solar powered commercial building on the treasure coast featuring fiber optic internet services.
“We had an opportunity to invest in our company’s resources last year and give our staff a state of the art facility to better serve our customers,” said CEO and President Vin Padden. Executive VP and Director of Engineering, Dave Padden said, “We are extremely excited about our new location and expanded capabilities which will strengthen our technical abilities and provide us with lightning fast connections to our customers and vendors.”
This new location features a lobby, executive office rooms, design center, conference room, server room, and engineering development lab for prototyping, mock-ups, and part inspections. It also boasts an enterprise level symmetrical fiber optic broadband internet connection and direct path to the Indiantown ITS fiber data center. “We have developed a large technical library of drawings, specifications, and references over the years and we needed a good space for them so our staff can easily refer to them as needed.”, said Dave Padden referring to Padden Design Engineering’s extensive technical library that dates back to the days of the Lunar Module Program (LEM). The data is a valuable resource for creating new designs based on the cumulative knowledge from years of successful programs.
Padden Design Engineering currently provides engineering services to Northrop Grumman for commercial and military programs as well as other high technology corporations such as Pratt & Whitney and smaller tier suppliers and manufacturers. Their new facility allows the company to expand its staff and upgrade its technical resources to provide enterprise level engineering services that meet the demands of growing customers.
